The Sellers were living aboard in the paradise of The Dominican Republic, safe from Hurricanes.  They have owned her since April of 2015.  Always for Personal Use!  Never Chartered!

Owner has enjoyed her all these years sailing around Florida, The Caribbean and as far as Grenada, always avoiding any hurricanes.

Oil Changes have been performed meticulously every 100 engine hours.

SAMBA is here now, but she will need a few new items.  Seller decided it would be best for a Buyer to pick what color Bimini and Sail Cover they would want.  This of course opens the window for a deeper negotiation from Prospective Buyers.

During today's photo shoot I also noticed many sliding hatch shades need replacing, including the large one at the companionway entrance.
